Frequently asked questions about the HPHP program and app

Points earned on the HPHP app expire one year from the date they are earned.  For example, if you check in and earn 10 points on January 1, 2022 those 10 points will expire on January 1, 2023.

Yes, as long as they have an email address!  Anyone with an email address may sign up for an account at app.healthyparkstn.com.  If your child does not have a smartphone, they may log their activities using the web app – it works the same as the smartphone app!

Our app is FREE!  Download it in the Apple App store or Google Play store today and begin earning points towards your first Reward!

You can check your “Activity History” if you are using the smartphone app and see when you checked in throughout the last year.  Points you earn each day expire one year from the date you earn them.  It is a rolling balance.

Yes!  HPHP encourages Tennesseans to get outdoors in ANY park, greenway, or natural area in Tennessee!  You can use the HPHP app to check-in at any city, county, local, national, or state park or greenway.

We ship out rewards twice a month, we’ll have yours mailed out as soon as possible!  If you believe your Reward to be lost in the mail please reach out to healthy.parks@tn.gov.

We are constantly adding and re-stocking our rewards, so please keep checking back!  Our supplier has had supply chain issues over the last several months, but hopefully that will begin to get back to normal soon!

Users can manually refund their purchase within a 48 hour window on the app or web app.  After that time frame, you can email us.  If we have not already mailed your Reward, we may be able to manually reverse the purchase.
